In order to look after the day-to-day functioning there is an Executive Body, which is elected by the General Body. The President of the organization acts as the Chief Functionary who works directly under the supervision of the General Body. Regular meetings with the staff are undertaken to monitor the progress of the work and the difficulties that they are facing. There are specialized subcommittees to deliberate and take important decision.
