Message from Secretary
Dear friends
As we move ahead another milestone, it gives me great pleasure to share with you some of our recent, past experience, challenges and achievements.
The year makes us feel contended to see the fruits of our efforts from a humble beginning in 1995, we sure have progressed leaps and bound and look ahead to grow from a small sapling into a mighty tree. We have continued to play the note of a catalyst in mobilizing & empowering the marginalized communities.
It has been a successful year and this Annual report has set down more extensive and consistent strategy which had a glaring and convincing impact on HIV/AIDS, Intervention, Reproductive Child Health Programme, Livelihood programmes, policy , advocacy, lobby and the list goes on. Being a responsive organization BSA purposefully selected rural areas for its works and projects. During the course we found our work force and community as our ever-increasing strength and power.
As always the challenges have been many but as our vision gets transformed to veracity, many hurdles are watered down. We would not be reporting such progress if it were not for the unfailing support and contributing of our friends and supporters. Again I take the opportunity to place on the core our sincere gratitude to one and all for their timely and noble support to translate our dreams into reality.
I honestly thank the resource support agencies and the inhabitants of the project areas and also the Civil Society Organizations for their healthy support and cooperation to implement the programmers successfully. BSA is also grateful to the District Administration and Government Departments for the good support and response. Further, I acknowledge the sincere effort of our staff for contributing their best to present this Annual Report of BSA for the year 2023-24
